The IV Venezuelan Baseball5 Cup will contest today the Super Round phase, in which the six best teams qualified from the elimination stage will show their hitting and defence.
The tournament is being held in the Avilanian municipality of Venezuela, with the participation of 11 line-ups divided into two groups.

It won its three duels on the second competitive date: 4×2 against Tigres, blanked Cazadores 6×0, and in the evening session prevailed 8×7 against Metros.
In other results from Wednesday, Metros defeated Avispas 2×1, Faranduleros 10×2 against Invasores, Halcones 11×3 against Ciego de Ávila, Galácticos 6×3 against Astros, Ciego de Ávila 5×4 against Invasores and Faranduleros 6×2 against Astros.
Furthermore, Galácticos defeated Halcones 7×4, Metros 12×2 against Tigres, Cazadores 12×5 against Avispas, Faranduleros 12×2 against Ciego de Ávila, Invasores 8×7 against Galácticos and Halcones 8×6 against Astros.
In this second date, the competition’s first triple play was executed, the work of Faranduleros, which was recorded as a historic jewel.
Seventeen play reviews (replay) were conducted, with four decisions overturned, showing a 76.5 percent correctness in officiating.
And Halcones connected 23 hits, a record in the history of the Venezuelan Cup.
