Multiple opportunities are offered by local development projects for the improvement of the population’s standard of living, taking as a starting point the problem bank that exists in each territory, and Morón is no exception, with various adversities in the socio-economic branches.
Specialists from the Doctor Benito Llanes Recino Municipal University Centre refer that there is an urgent need to evaluate how other territories in the country have resolved the difficulties that remain unsolved in the municipality today, such as solid waste management and the recovery of emblematic buildings.
The university teachers also insist on the necessity to boost key sectors such as commerce and gastronomy, immersed in a perfectionism process that has yet to improve the quality of service provided to the people, as well as the creation of areas that guarantee wholesome entertainment for children.
It is required to incentivise the presentation of local development projects, above all those that contribute to solid waste recycling, food production, and the recovery of the city’s real estate infrastructure, seriously affected by the passage of time, in pursuit of turning Morón into the City We All Want, assure the specialists.
