The main lines of work of the National Institute of Territorial Planning and Urbanism (INOTU) of Ciego de Avila, were outlined in the Expanded Board of Directors with the participation of the municipal directors, held this week.
In the interventions, the state of fulfilment of the tasks of each municipality until the end of this year was presented and discussed.
The implementation of the QR code, a form of payment, useful for paying the procedures that are carried out in the INOTU instances in each territory, was also shown.
This innovative system is in line with the banking and computerisation of Cuban society.
The inclusion of science, technology, communication and informatisation is a necessity and a priority in the work of Territorial Planning and Urbanism and its relationship with its state mandate.
Among other topics, the realisation and procedure of land use was presented together with agriculture.
It was important to address the Decrees and Legal Procedures that govern the work of INOTU in Ciego de Avila and its projections for the coming year.
