The Electrical Union forecasts a 1 355 MW load for the night-time peak.

The Electrical Union estimates an availability of 1 995 MW and a maximum demand of 3 280 MW for the night time peak, for a deficit of 1 285 MW, so that, if the forecast conditions are maintained, a demand of 1 355 MW is forecast for this time.

For the peak, the entry of unit 6 of CTE Mariel, with 95 MW, is estimated.

SEN availability at 07:00 hours was 1 900 MW and demand was 2 600 MW, with 736 MW affected. During average hours, an estimated 1,200 MW were affected.

Yesterday the service was affected 24 hours a day, a situation that continued throughout the early hours of this morning. The maximum effect was 1 601 MW at 19:30, not coinciding with the hour of maximum demand.

Unit 1 of CTE Habana, unit 6 of CTE Renté and unit 2 of CTE Felton are experiencing faults. Unit 6 of CTE Mariel, unit 2 of CTE Santa Cruz, units 3 and 4 of CTE Cienfuegos and unit 5 of CTE Renté are under maintenance.

The limitations in thermal generation are 481 MW.

Due to fuel shortages, 40 distributed generation plants are out of service, with 158 MW affected by this cause.
