The Avilanian municipality of Morón is advancing social projects that allow for the transformation of lives and the strengthening of communities. These actions form part of the agreements of the XI Plenum of the Central Committee of the Party, topics which will be analysed shortly at the extraordinary Plenum of the Provincial Committee of the Party in Ciego de Ávila.
