At an emotive event held in the theatre of the Provincial Committee of the Party headquarters, the valuable work of the men and women who dedicate their effort to science in the province was recognised.

The occasion was opportune to highlight the most outstanding results achieved in 2025, as well as to present awards for technological innovation, whose contributions have improved productive indicators in business management.

Among the awardees stood out the territorial division of ETECSA and the Basic Business Unit Beverages and Soft Drinks La Palma of Ciego de Ávila, entities that have demonstrated an exemplary commitment to technological development.
