The 2025-2026 school year will begin on 1st September. Joy will mark the return to classes, motivations will not be lacking, and the maximum will be to continue building the future with Fidel in every classroom. This was specified by Yoleisy Valdés Santiago, General Director of Education in the municipality of Morón.

Valdés Santiago indicated that: «42 educational institutions will continue to function, including the Pioneers Palace. We also have the little house Luces de mi Patria, which responds to requests from working mothers of our entity.»

In Cock City, the start of the school year — as in the entire country — is a celebration; therefore, every detail is prepared, from cleaning to the organisation of school material.

The latter is the responsibility of the Education Support Unit, which guarantees the start of the new course with the distribution of the necessary resources for each student.

Among the priorities of this academic stage in the municipality are: the professionalisation of pedagogical activity, the optimal functioning of educational institutions, the completion and stability of teaching coverage, and the continuation of the curricular transformations of the Third Improvement.

In the words of Valdés Santiago: «Education prepares for the start of the great celebration, committed to the formation of the new generation to the standard the country demands and in search of encouraging results.»
