Dozens of Palestinians were killed or wounded today in Israeli bombardments against the south and center of the Gaza Strip, which has been suffering for 97 days an unprecedented punishment by the army of the neighboring country.

The official Wafa news agency reported that seven people, including several minors, were killed and 25 others were injured in an attack on a house in the town of Khan Yunis, epicenter of an Israeli ground offensive for several weeks.

Six others were killed in a similar incident in the southernmost city of Rafah in the coastal enclave.

The governorate of Rafah became the last refuge for citizens of the Strip who fled the intense Israeli bombardment by air, sea and land.

According to Palestinian sources, the Israeli Armed Forces committed 14 massacres in the territory yesterday, killing 147 people and wounding 243 others.

Among the fatalities were four members of the Red Crescent who were hit by a bomb that hit an ambulance driving near the Maghazi refugee camp,

At least 23,357 Palestinians have been killed and more than 58,000 injured in the enclave since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on October 7, according to official data.
