The Roberto Rodríguez General Teaching Hospital in the Avilanian municipality of Morón received an important donation originating from the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, in Spain.
The donation, amounting to more than 200,000 euros, is the largest made to the Morón healthcare facility and comprises medical equipment and supplies, aimed at elevating the quality of service to the population.
Elsa Fernández Rodríguez, Coordinator and Manager of this aid container for the City of the Rooster, highlighted the effort, dedication and perseverance of many people, who with many sleepless hours, managed to gather this shipment.
For his part, Doctor Julio Diaz Agramonte, director of the Roberto Rodríguez hospital, thanked the solidarity gesture and expressed the importance the aid holds in the current moments, intensified by the genocidal blockade of the United States.
