The Pedagogical Training Group of the General Education Directorate in Morón is systematically carrying out multiple actions as a way to guarantee the necessary workforce in classrooms.
With the aim of awakening vocations and attracting young people towards a teaching career, educational talks on career guidance are being held with ninth-grade students in all secondary schools in the area. These meetings seek to introduce teenagers to the world of teaching and show them the opportunities offered by this noble profession.
