The Pedagogical Training Group of the General Education Directorate in Morón is systematically carrying out multiple actions as a way to guarantee the necessary workforce in classrooms.

With the aim of awakening vocations and attracting young people towards a teaching career, educational talks on career guidance are being held with ninth-grade students in all secondary schools in the area. These meetings seek to introduce teenagers to the world of teaching and show them the opportunities offered by this noble profession.

In parallel, the municipality is hosting events organised by the Scientific Society, spaces that help stimulate scientific and vocational interests in students, thereby strengthening the preparation of the new generations.
