Liván Izquierdo checks harvest preparations at Ciro Redondo sugar mill

The exercise and the general test of the machinery for the start-up of the 2022-2023 harvest at the Ciro Redondo sugar mill, scheduled for December, will depend on the synchronization of the nearby bioelectric plant, an exchange process that has not been efficient in the last sugar contests.

This was revealed a few hours ago at the meeting to check the preparations for the coming season, chaired by Liván Izquierdo Alonso, first secretary of the Party in Ciego de Ávila and Tomás Alexis Martín Venegas, Provincial Governor.

It was learned that the most important work to be concluded in the electric power generation plant is related to the feeding system of sugar cane bagasse and marabú biomass to Boiler Number One, which completion depends on the importation of some resources that should enter the country this month.

After knowing the commitments of each area of Aro Industrial Sugar Company Ciro Redondo, Liván Izquierdo Alonso emphasized the need to give priority to the partial tests of the equipment, to maintain an organized work system from the beginning to the end of the sugar season and to attend to the personnel in an integral way to declare the workers in victory and Latiendo for the Avilanian people .
