The transformation of the Las Brisas gastronomic complex into a micro, small and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) will make it possible to diversify its services with restaurant offerings, fast food sales and accommodation, among the novelties planned for this Avilanian facility, which reopens its doors on 27 October.
As part of the reorganisation, the establishment will have nine rooms for accommodation and a tenth fitted out as a pantry, a support space for those using that service.

The proposal envisages serving, among other clients, relatives and companions of hospitalised patients who need accommodation during their stay in the city, as well as offering gastronomic services to Health sector workers and the general public.
The complex will bring together a restaurant, cafeteria, open-air ice-cream parlour, fast food outlet and a production centre, with the aim of broadening the available options and taking advantage of the facility’s potential.
Among the planned offers is the sale of hamburgers with a juice included, made on the premises, at economical prices below those applied in nearby businesses.

Antonio Ruiz Durán, the MSME’s owner, reported that the unit has a workforce of 22 workers; of these, 3 belonged to the former entity, which responds to the new employment regulations.
The unit accepts the different payment gateways provided the competent entities comply with what is established.
The diversification of services distinguishes the new stage of Las Brisas-Los Ruizes, which combines gastronomic and accommodation services under a different form of business management, with the challenge of responding to its clients’ needs through varied and accessible offers.
