The Municipal Education Directorate in Morón held its Management Council meeting, a key gathering to define the final steps of the academic period and advance the institutional reorganisation of the sector.
The meeting, held at the entity’s headquarters, was led by its highest representative in the territory, Yoleisis Valdés Santiago, who chaired the debate on the implementation of the new organisational structure, adapted to the current demands of the Cuban educational system.
On the agenda, directors carried out a detailed analysis of general aspects by department, with emphasis on the culminating stage of the school year.
Among the topics evaluated were teacher performance assessment, school retention, and preparations for the collection and protection of goods and supplies across the different campuses.
The day concluded with the adoption of agreements aimed at consolidating positive results and correcting shortcomings, in addition to the certification of secretariats and pedagogical handovers.
With these measures, the directorate reaffirmed its commitment to guaranteeing a successful and orderly closure in all educational institutions in the municipality of Morón.
