The job fair initiative forms part of nationwide efforts to facilitate access to various professions and trades. These community spaces enable direct connections between employers and individuals detached from work or study, as well as those interested in multiple employment or retirees.

Employers from diverse management forms – including state enterprises, agricultural production bases, non-agricultural cooperatives, and MSMEs – are convened. Their purpose is to provide information on labour linkage programmes, occupational guidance initiatives, and employment pathways.
