A saving of more than 156,000 pesos is represented by the paper entitled «Speed of wear of the intake and exhaust valves», authored by the innovators Donato Jesús Mancebo Sanabria (Yinkilive) and Dariel Urria Castilla.

The aforementioned work won Relevant in the Science and Technology Forum, and the Active of the Productive Technical Youth Movement in the Generator Sets Company of Ciego de Ávila (Emgef).

The first place of the event went to «Recovery of high pressure oil hoses», a solution provided by Mancebo Sanabria himself and which saves more than three thousand USD, while the second place went to «Management system for energy saving», by Yolanda García González.

Carlos Paz Rodríguez, senior specialist at the Emgef and chairman of the jury, acknowledged the quality of the presentations.
