Training actions aimed at workers about the risks they are exposed to in the repair of networks, are systematically developed by the Basic Electrical Organisation in the Avilanian municipality of Morón, as part of the efforts related to Occupational Safety and Health.
To this effect, they carry out special exercises, checking of extinguishing means and inspections, which in one way or another contribute to the awareness of those who work in the sector.
Occupational safety and health constitutes a task that requires profound responsibility on the part of technicians, workers and managers, with emphasis on those exposed to dangers due to the work they carry out.
The necessity to systematise the management in organisations and sectorial directorates constitutes a priority for the protection of the workers’ integrity, which demands exigency and responsibility with the purpose of avoiding work accidents.
