Health authorities of the avilanian territory of Morón consider the situation of the dengue epidemic as complex, and call to go to their health when seeing the appearance of the first symptoms.
They have taken the measure of admittance at home, so it is necessary the presence of the sick person at the Family Doctor’s Offices to avoid possible complications that can threaten life when at this moment the serotype three, linked to the hemorrhagic variant, is circulating.
The family should be aware of the first symptoms of dengue, such as abdominal pain, petechiae, ecchymosis, some bleeding, diarrhea and vomiting, complications for which the patient should be taken to the doctor without wasting time.
Although intensive fumigation is carried out in those places where positive IGM, outbreaks and non-specific febrile syndromes coincide, authorities call for family autofocalization, among other measures aimed at reducing the dengue epidemic, which transmitting agent is the Aedes Aegypti mosquito.
