Cuba Reaffirms Zero-Tolerance Policy Against Human Trafficking

On the occasion of World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, reiterated today that his country maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of this scourge.

On X, the Foreign Minister stated that the island works tirelessly to prevent human trafficking through coordinated action between the State and civil society organisations.

According to the most recent report published on the prevention and combating of this crime, Cuba carries out cooperation activities and maintains information exchange with international organisations, including the International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol).
