Argelio Gazapo Rodríguez, president of the Association of Pedagogues in the province of Ciego de Ávila, congratulates the members of the affiliate at the Máximo Gómez Báez University for winning national awards.

Gazapo Rodríguez informed that Doctor in Sciences Néstor González Pérez, head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, was awarded the Novel Pedagogue of the Year 2022, for his outstanding trajectory in teaching and research, among other spheres.

The leader highlighted that Doctor of Science Ramon Vidal Pla López was also awarded the National Pedagogy Award 2022, for his fruitful work in the teaching profession in which he has published 14 books as main author or co-author and an outstanding performance in the direction of nine research projects for whose contributions he has received nine annual awards from CITMA.

The Board of Directors of the Association of Cuban Pedagogues in Ciego de Ávila is proud to count among its ranks professionals dedicated to teaching such as Nestor Gonzalez Perez and Ramón Vidal Pla López.
