The top management of the Ministry of Tourism in Ciego de Avila exchanged with the 8 delegates from Avileña who will represent the province at the 3rd Conference of the Hotel and Tourism Trade Union.
During the day the delegates visited and exchanged with the staff of the Servisa branch.

They also learned about the work priorities of the management of the Islazul chain and visited the Hotel Morón.
Through the director of the Real Estate Agency, they were updated on the investments and the programme for the recovery of rooms and together with the representatives of the Gran Caribe and Cubanacan Chains, they exchanged on the progress of the high season.

They reviewed together with the representatives of the UEB of transmetro, the transportation of the Workers and were updated on the Popular Camping, the insurances from ITH and the actions carried out by the centre of Training of the tourism to give answer to the demands of the managerial sector.

Iyolexi Correa Lorenzo, Delegate of the Minister of Tourism in the Avileña Province headed the delegation and urged them to analyse the main problems of the sector at the next conference to be held. (Author Alfredo Fernández Arcia)
