The suffocating heat was not an impediment for the people of Morón to fill the venue of the municipal act for the 70th anniversary of the assault on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes barracks. In front of the monumental complex erected to the memory of Captain Roberto Rodríguez, El Vaquerito, and the headquarters of the Communist Party of Cuba of the territory, the celebration took place.

The Concert Band, when interpreting the glorious notes of the National Anthem, left the curtain open to start the activity for the Day of National Rebellion.

The occasion served to recognize outstanding centers and entities in emulation for 26.
