The Third Workshop on Basic and Biomedical Sciences was held this Tuesday at the Morón Medical Sciences Faculty. The scientific event featured presentations of two master’s theses in Medical Education and a Biochemistry residency project.

Sponsored by the Ciego de Ávila Provincial Council of Scientific Societies, the workshop included the awarding of membership certificates endorsed by the National Directorate of Basic and Biomedical Sciences.

Following expert discussions, new guidelines were established for the work of the Ciego de Ávila Chapter of Basic and Biomedical Sciences.
