The Education Training Group of the General Directorate of Education in Morón is systematically carrying out a wide range of actions to guarantee the necessary workforce.

In this context, Educational Talks on Pedagogical Professional Orientation are held with ninth grade students in all the Basic Secondary Schools in the territory.

In addition, events are held in the municipality by the Scientific Society that help to stimulate vocations in students.
