The Construction Materials Company of Ciego de Ávila (Avilmat), known by its trade name Avilmat, is advancing its diversification strategy with the comprehensive refurbishment of the former Yisan Restaurant.
The venue will reopen its doors transformed into a modern Service Complex, conceived as a meeting point for the population and, especially, for the nearby community.
Multiple Options
The complex will offer a varied selection including:
· Shop: for purchasing products.
· Grill Bar: specialising in grilled food.
· Cold Bar: a space for drinks and appetisers.
· Restaurant: offering a more formal and varied dining service.
Imminent Shop Opening
As the first milestone of the project, the complex’s shop will be officially inaugurated during the course of March.
The service hours to the public will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., designed to facilitate access for families at different times of the day.
True to its commitment to modernising services, Avilmat reported that purchases can be made using the different payment methods currently valid in the country. Emphasis will be placed on the use of e-commerce platforms to offer speed, security and convenience in transactions.
Commitment to Quality
The company is currently immersed in a process of recruiting specialised personnel. The aim is to form a qualified workforce that guarantees excellence in service and a positive experience for visitors.
Social Responsibility to the Community
From its role as a socialist state enterprise, Avilmat reaffirms its social responsibility. Management of the entity, in coordination with its suppliers, is working to agree on fair and accessible prices for the population.
As a demonstration of its service ethos, the complex will prioritise a socially conscious initiative: the offer of snacks at affordable prices, aimed especially at students and workers from nearby educational centres.
In this way, Avilmat seeks to contribute to the well-being of those who are part of the environment where the Yisan is located.
Further details about this opening and the available services will be provided shortly.
