Close to a score of communities, both in the urban perimeter and in the rural sector, in the Avilanian municipality of Morón, have received visits during the months of July and August from the Cultural and Sports Guerrilla, with varied performances and participation games for children, adolescents and young people and enjoyment for families in general.

Distant communities such as San Rafael in Turiguanó, Saladrigas in Patria, Plan Hortícola, Carrazana, El Paraíso neighbourhood, and many other residential zones like Peñaranda, Microdistrito Norte and El Vaquerito neighbourhood received with applause and emotion local artists, the Rayitos de Sol circus and other projects from the Haydée Santamaría House of Culture.

With the maxim of an Always Young Summer, other venues remained active with special activities, such as the Reguero Theatre, the Patio of the Casa de la Trova and the Punto de Encuentro.

Artists from the D’Morón Teatro Company, the Halion Circus, the Juglarito de Ensueño group, musical groups, the Con México en el Corazón Project, among others, enlivened the summer activities in this territory, together with events like the Utopía Rock Festival.

For the close of the programming the Boleros de Oro Festival is planned for the 29th and 30th August, a children’s party at the weekend in the Luis Alfonso Velázquez Flores children’s park and an animated varied activity in front of the House of Culture on Sunday 31st August as the final point.
