The rectors of the University of Medical Sciences, Benerando Sevilla Pérez, and of the University of Ciego de Ávila Máximo Gómez Báez, Yurisbel Gallardo Ballat, are taking part in the second edition of the «Ibero-American Summit on Higher Education».
At the event, Sevilla Pérez will present experiences in medical training with advanced digital tools and Gallardo Ballat will show the progress made in the implementation of
intelligent platforms to optimise academic and administrative processes.
The event contributes to consolidating ties between Ibero-American universities and positions Ciego de Ávila as a benchmark in the technological reinvention of education, promoting equitable and quality access to higher education.
Avila’s participation demonstrates the commitment of the province’s institutions to educational innovation and international cooperation, as well as the importance of adapting pedagogical models to the demands of the 21st century.
Under the slogan «Ctrl + Alt + Del a la DocencIA: «Restarting education with Innovative Educational Technologies», the Universidad Señor de Sipán (USS) of Peru, hosts until 11 May, Ibero-American experts and academic leaders, who discuss issues related to educational transformation through Artificial Intelligence.
