From seven o’clock in the morning of this Wednesday, October 28, it will take place the reopening of the urban perimeters of the city of Ciego de Ávila.
The above mentioned was transcended in the Provincial Defense Council, meeting during which its president Carlos Luis Garrido Pérez, recognized the work of the officers and the agents of the interior order in the custody of the exit and entry points.
The reopening of these points does not mean a change in the epidemic phase, but rather the gradual reestablishment of access to the head municipality, since the Avilanian province maintains in force the restrictions foreseen for active events of limited native transmission.
For this reason, transport services are not reestablished either, while bars and discotheques, among other recreational or cultural institutions favoring agglomerations, remain closed.
Carlos Luis Garrido Pérez insisted on the importance for the population to avoid unnecessary mobility, and at the same time, to extreme the hygienic-sanitary measures with more rigor, exigency, and responsibility.
