The territory registers affectations in about 300 houses, and has the necessary resources to solve this year the partial collapses and to raise the fallen properties, said in the meeting Aramís Hernández, coordinator for the programs of the Construction.

In his visit to the Avilanian province, the Cuban Prime Minister enquired about the damages to agriculture and said that food must be recovered, while he called on the governments to avoid the increase of prices to the population.

«In Ciego de Ávila, you have worked very hard and you have managed to control COVID-19», acknowledged Manuel Marrero Cruz when he attended the Provincial Defense Council.

The territory decreases the confirmed cases of the virus and marches towards recovery by lowering the rate of sick people per 100 thousand inhabitants, highlighted Dr. Osvaldo Ivañez, provincial director of Health.

Regarding the arrival of foreign tourists to the Jardines del Rey destination, the Prime Minister warned that safety protocols must be strictly complied with to guarantee the health of visitors and workers in the sector.
