The process of accountability of the People’s Power ended in the province of Ciego de Avila after performing more than two thousand assemblies in the neighborhoods and a successful voter turnout.
Of the more than seven thousand received approaches, more than 50 percent must be resolved in the communities and the rest with the intervention of the government, said the Secretary of the Assembly, Isabel Eng Perna.
During interchanges between neighbors and their delegates, they were also discussed, among other social indisciplines, raucous music broadcast, stray animals on the streets, waste of water and the creation of micro dumps.
In accountability assemblies of People’s Power of Ciego de Avila approaches were reiterated on the deterioration of roads, instability in the collection of solid waste and the proliferation of leaks and blockages.
