Given the current epidemiological situation, the group of the Territorial Division of the Cuban Telecommunications Company in Ciego de Ávila will keep the commercial units open from 9 am to 1 pm.
Lourdes María Morgado Pérez, Etecsa’s communicator in the province, informed that the services in the navigation rooms are suspended and in the case of mobile telephony, only new lines will be hired and unblocking will take place.
In this sense, the leader added that changes will be made to SIM cards in case of loss or damage, while the store in MLC will remain closed due to its location in a quarantine area.
The commercial procedures will be carried out through 112 and priority will be given to the attention of the Telecommunications Agents, to guarantee the presence of the services in the neighborhoods, due to the difficult epidemiological situation that Ciego de Ávila presents.
