With the execution of more than 100 thousand pesos in repair and maintenance, the nursery ´Alfredo Gutiérrez Lugones´ in Ciego de Avila reopened its doors to children, parents and educators.
The main tasks were performed in carpentry, which was in very poor condition, the plumbing networks and veneer bathrooms and kitchen, which by their exploitation were also badly damaged.
In the act of reopening they were recognized institutions and agencies involved in the constructive actions, including the construction company of the People´s Power, Supply and Services to Education (EPASE) and Alexis Marrero Hernandez, delegate of the area where the educational institution is located.
Through songs and poems, the children showed their joy and they also paid tribute to Ernesto Guevara de la Serna, on the anniversary of his death.
The reopening of the education facility school was attended by the highest authorities of the Party, the Government and the education sector in the province, who urged parents and workers to care for the entity.
