The cooperative and peasant movement of the municipality of Florencia is preparing to celebrate May 17, with several economic, political and social activities.
Among the actions developed by the Anapistas in the territory of the beautiful landscapes is the fulfillment of productive plans in the first semester of the year.
For their part, the Florencia cattle breeders are committed to livestock development based on the incentive with the new measures.
Since last year, the farmers have not been able to celebrate the date of May 17 as it was traditionally done, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so in May 21 it will be held in family in compliance with the sanitary protocols.
The peasantry of the municipality of Florencia joins in the condemnation of the imperialist blockade, which for more than 60 years has prevented Cuban farmers from acquiring agricultural implements and fertilizers to improve their crops. By Luis Hernández Cepero
