
In recognition to the best broadcasters in the province of Ciego de Avila, the edition of the Provincial Radio Festival organized by the city of Moron continued on Thursday night.
During the cultural evening held at the Ignacio Agramonte Park, the jury awarded in the categories of information system to Alfredo Fernández Arcia, Bárbara Ivis Díaz and Yamil Ruiz, from Radio Morón.
Other winners in journalism were Yanaisy Sarduy from ´Radio Amanecer´, Yaime Mujica from ´Radio Chambas´ and José Luis Martínez Alejo, Dianelys Marín Dewar and Odania García Heredia from ´Radio Surco´.
The Programming awards were received by Omar Noda Romo, Belkis Machado, Mustell Gertrudis Ramírez and Luis Alberto Gutiérrez Abreu.
Inés María Cervantes, from ´Radio Morón´, won the contest of locution women and among men stood José Ramón Cedeño Solana and Joaquín Paz Pardo, Radio Surco.
Other winners included Raul Quinones (making sound), Sibila tood Galarraga (advisor), Belkys Machado (direction) and Ángel Lorenzo Broche Ruedas (script).
In addition, several workers with 25 years in the sector received the distinction Raúl Gomez García and ´Radio Morón´ was given the ´National distinguished Staff award ´.
Magalys Álvarez Pino, secretary of the Union of Workers of Culture in the province gave the distinction of Homeland Leader to Nancy Hernández Mesa, director of ´Radio Morón´, and the internationalist merit award to Héctor Izquierdo Acuña.
