A group of works of social benefit were completed in the province of Ciego de Avila as part of the activities for the Day of National Rebellion in Cuba.
Creation and renewal of medical consulting room, repairing schools, recreational and service institutions and the restoration of some roads are among the tasks driven in several municipalities.
Members of the Provincial Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba, headed by its first secretary Carlos Luis Garrido Perez and the president of the Assembly of the People´s Popular Power, Raúl Pérez Carmenate, inaugurated a group of works in the municipalities of Majagua, Ciro Redondo and Morón .
The new facilities include a medical consulting room with housing for the nurse in the rural community La Rosa and a collecting currency store of Cimex ´El Robusto´, in the town of Guayacanes.
Similarly, the leaders appreciated the new neonatal room of the hospital Roberto Rodriguez, ´El Vaquerito´, the city of Moron, equipped with expensive last generation equipment that favors maintaining neonatal mortality to zero.
In the tour the leaders appreciated other renewed facilities, like the ´Ditú´ unit in Ciro Redondo, where it was also completed a state agricultural market and the bakery was transformed, among other centers.
When sharing with the people, a favorable political environment of the residents of the province was found, and the need to increase efficiency to achieve greater progress despite the limited economic resources of the country, was expressed.
