Significant actions are driven by the Union of Workers of Cuba (CTC) in the avilanian municipality of Morón, as part of the XXI Congress of that organization, where reading and analysis of the Convocation of the great event of the Cuban proletariat stands.
In this regard, from January 20th there were 1241 assemblies performed, planned for a 100% of compliance and the analysis process of the base document where the 412 planned assemblies, with a 91% of workers´ attendance, were performed.
At these meetings, 4637 interventions were made, in which 969 proposals were emanated; and many of them were issues related to the union training through the Provincial Schools, the Socialist Emulation, salary, and improving the working conditions of the leaders.
The contribution to the country, and the need for administrative reports with more responses to agreements and the workers´ approaches were also widely discussed issues during each of the sessions. (Written by Héctor Izquierdo Acuña)
