The Provincial Institute of Physical Planning (DPPF), from Ciego de Avila, requested this Friday the signing of a collaboration agreement to the ´Máximo Gómez Báez´ University (UNICA), to expand their professional capacity.
“The aim is to ensure the formation and development of skilled workforce of technical and upper levels working in the various entities”, said Master Idalmis Tamayo, head of the Secretary department of the DPPF.
Eight UNICA research projects are related to the corporate purpose of DPPF, and in these they can be inserted students majoring in Civil and Hydraulic Engineering, and Law and Geography graduates, among others.
Physical Planning workers also have the opportunity to participate in investigations and be categorized to teach at UNICA. It is a reciprocal process.
