With a cultural evening at José Martí Park, the people of Ciego de Ávila paid homage to Fidel Castro Ruz on the fourth anniversary of his physical disappearance.
The activity was presided over by the deputies to the Cuban Parliament Carlos Luis Garrido Pérez, First Secretary of the Cuban Communist Party, president of the province, and Tomás Alexis Martín Venegas, Avilanian Governor.
The musical themes that recalled Fidel’s work were supported by the projection of materials that highlight the presence of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution in the most transcendental moments of this province and the country.
