The delegates to the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power in Ciego de Ávila, spoke for improving the water supply to the population and expediting the elimination of leaks.
In the ordinary session of the governing body of the provincial capital, its president, Deputy Ramón Borges, insisted on prioritizing attention to the proposals made by the people at a time when more efficiency is demanded.
At the end of the first quarter, several entities breached net sales and retail market circulation, while alternatives were sought to increase product offerings and progress was made in the sowing of short cycle crops.
Likewise, the delegates to the Municipal Assembly of the People’s Power in Ciego de Ávila examined the care that elder people receive in the Houses of Grandparents and the Home for the Elderly, where they try to raise their well-being.
The Assembly recognized the outstanding work of Dr. Rafael Ranzua Hernández, who worked as Acting Director of the Municipal Health Directorate, and approved for this position the medical doctor Annerys Cruz Rodríguez.
